What mulit vitamin do you take and why?

I take a bunch. Really a lot. Different supplements.
And I try to rotate some
I use BA multi, or Centrum multi - chewable, and BA calcium - cherry, or calcium citrate. then D3 - try to make sure I get app 20,000 per day.
B12 - I use Methylcobalmine - 1000 mcg per day (on average).
I also use magnesium chelated - 800-1200 mg elemental mag per day.
Iron - heme iron -proferrin - 2-3 times a day
I use B-50 - 1 x a day, and then additional B1.
I also take extra K - helps with bruising and it is very important for bone building.
I also take fish oil and some menopausal natural supplements.
And then I take some probiotics, and some natural thyroid support (my thyroid likes to be sluggish)
I also take Chlorofresh - 1-2 oz per day to help "build blood" and control the BM odor.
I do take a lot - but I know it is working. My 1.5 year Blood work was good except iron -I did not take any or not enough - it was bothering my pouch. That's when i switched to heme iron. I don't hurt when I take it. And I feel better since I started taking it - so it must be working.
Sometimes - if my legs start cramping - I take extra potassium for a few days.

I did a lot of herbs pre -op, but I never imagined that I will be taking so many after...
Some claim that 1 pill a day + calcium is all we need (the one from Unjury) but I do not buy that. Sorry - like we are all different - our diets are different - and we need different supplements.
I think if you take one - or 2 per day + calcium- may be enough not to die - but for best quality of life - and be really healthy and optimum - we need a bit more... IMO.
If we do not get the supplements - then we will pay in other ways - later - i.e. broken bones, bruising, skin creams, cold medications, and other issue.. just to name a few...
Not getting enough mag may lead to constipation (colon problems) and heart problems (mag is extremely important for heart health)

Like Hala, I take a lot of supplements a day, and its usually as a result of what my labs tell me.
About your D3 - make sure its DRY D3 - you can order that from Vitalady, as well as any of the other supplemental vits we need.
I take almost ALL chewables or sublinguals. Pills are hard for me to take anymore, and are reserved for my milk thistle and Heme Iron. I cut the Heme Iron in half to help absorption too.
This is my regimen for the day:
Morning:
1 multi
3 Milk Thistle
Vit A sublingual
Dry D3 sublingual
Vit B12 sublingal
B complex sublinguals (3)
Prevacid
1 BA calicum
During the day:
3 additional calciums, at least 2 hours apart
2 heme irons no sooner than 2 hours before/after the calciums (that's a challenge!)
Another multi
